Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated Shipping Time is combination of the time it takes to fulfill your order and the time it takes to ship your order. Average fulfillment time is 2-7 days, the shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We work our hardest to get your order to you as fast as possible, but orders can be delayed for various reasons such as service disruptions (ex: COVID-19), inclement weather, incorrect delivery address etc..

COVID-19 – Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many manufacturers had to close down several factories during global lockdowns, or their supply chains were disrupted, which means some stock shortages are likely to occur.

There may be delays in shipping times due to COVID-19. We’re stocking up as much as we can and keeping in touch with our suppliers to manage these unprecedented times.

Delivery to PO Boxes?

Delivery to a PO Box is not guaranteed. Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Depending on the items ordered we may use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery. Since we offer free shipping on all orders we cannot replace/refund items sent to PO Boxes and returned as not deliverable by the carriers.

Orders Past The Estimated Delivery Date

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, AND the order was returned by the carrier we can resend the order but shipping will be at your own cost.

We also will check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. 

Shipping Holidays

We are closed all major holidays. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed the first following business day.

International Shipping

Currently we only accept orders from the United States and therefore only ship to the United States. We will be expanding to International markets as soon as possible and will notify our customers when we do.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email. You can click on the tracking number to see the latest updates from the carrier. You can also get this information from the Orders section of your account page if you created an account.

Return Policy

It’s our goal to make sure you receive the best products and the best customer service we can provide. Below is our Return & Exchange Policy to answer your questions and help guide you through the process.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns for the following reasons only:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the incorrect product
  • Although rare, product was mislabeled

We will accept exchanges for the following reasons only:

  • Acceptance of Exchanges will be on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to obtain prior authorization.


Please Note:
  • ALL Returns & Exchanges require prior authorization. Use the Contact Us page to submit an Authorization Request prior to returning items.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will be sent back at the customers expense and not refunded/exchanged.
  • To make things easy you have 7 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the incorrect product we will pay the cost of shipping and replacement of the item.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s) we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
  • Items to be exchanged must be new, unworn and unwashed, and you will be responsible for shipping charges. Once we receive your exchange we will send out the replacement items and send you a confirmation email.
  • Customers paying with Cryptocurrency: Refunds issued will be in the same currency paid, at the current US Dollar purchase price equivalent. 

You may cancel an order up until it has started fulfillment. Once an order has started fulfillment it may not be cancelled.

We strive to product and ship your order as fast as possible, so fulfillment may start as soon as same day / next day. If you want to cancel an order you need to act quickly.

How to Return an Order/Item

Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item. 

  1. Contact us via email to obtain authorization using the Contact Us form or send us an email by clicking here
  2. Include the following information:
    1. Order #
    2. Reason for return/exchange
  3. We will respond to your request and outline directions on what to do next.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first and waiting for our reply with directions. Items send back without prior authorization will not be refunded/returned.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return or Exchange?

Once we receive your items we will process the Return/Exchange the next business day. You will receive an email regarding the update to your order and we will send you the replacement items (if required). Standard fulfillment and shipping times apply.
