Cryptocurrency Payment Policy

Below is out Cryptocurrency Payment Policy and information on how crypto payments work.

How Crypto Payments Work

If you opt to pay with Cryptocurrency you may pay direct from your wallet or with your Coinbase account. We accept the following cryptocurrencies:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • DAI (DAI)
  • Litecoin (LTC)
  • USD Coin (USDC)

How to pay via Cryptocurrencies:

  1. At Checkout select the “Cryptocurrencies” payment option.
  2. Click “Proceed to Coinbase”. You will be re-directed to a secure Coinbase Payment Gateway.
  3. Select “Pay with Coinbase” to pay directly from your Coinbase account. You will sign in to your Coinbase account, follow the on screen instructions.
    Select your desired cryptocurrency to pay from your personal wallet. The screen will display a payment address and a barcode to use. Scan the barcode or copy the payment address to pay the funds to.
  4. The blockchain will be monitored for your payment and once received you will get an Order Confirmation email.

Cryptocurrency Returns

Our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies to payments with cryptocurrencies. The following also applies to cryptocurrency paid returns & exchanges:

Your refund will be in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, and you will be responsible for any network/exchange fees. You must supply us a receiving address for the same currency you paid with to send the refund to.

If you paid via Coinbase:
Once we request it, provide us an address from https://www.coinbase.com/addresses while signed in to your Coinbase account. Each address here is capable of receiving and matching a refund.

If you paid via other wallet/exchange:
Once we request it, you must generate and supply us with a receiving address from your wallet/exchange.

Be sure to select the right cryptocurrency!

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THE CORRECT RECEIVING ADDRESS. If you supply the wrong address (eg, Bitcoin Cash instead of a Bitcoin address), your funds will not be recoverable and we will not send the refund again. 

We strongly suggest that you double check addresses before sending it to us. 

Why did I receive a “no payment detected” message?

We monitor payments to the blockchain address for 60 minutes. You will receive this warning when the payment window has closed. A payment made outside of this window will be marked as delayed. If you haven’t yet made a payment, you can select retry to refresh the exchange rates and make the payment.

If you did make a payment and received this message, please contact us to resolve this issue.
